Our team members continue to work around the clock to restore water service. We thank you for your continued patience. 

While we have made considerable progress in getting water from our sources into the distribution system and storage tanks, some customers are still out of water or experiencing low pressure. 

Identifying leaks is critical to our ability to complete restoration. Many leaks are located on the properties of our customers. Please help us restore water service to you and your neighbors by checking for leaks and reporting them at our website at https://www.sjwtx.com/about-sjwtx/contact-us.

If you have an irrigation system, please turn off the water supply to it, whether or not you believe it’s leaking.

For updated information on restoration of water service by subdivision, the boil water advisory that is in effect until further notice, and water distribution locations go to our website at www.sjwtx.com.
