Pool Update

Dear Pool Patrons, we are thrilled with our turnout Wednesday and Thursday evening. We have nearly everyone that signed up at the August 16th annual meeting as members now. This unusual fall membership drive is greatly boosting our ability to bring the pool back after the drought.

POOL OPENING UPDATE: Our pool tech crew was at the pool Thursday evening until after 8:30 PM vacuuming, testing the water and adding chemicals. They were scheduled to return Friday afternoon and they hope to finish up by Saturday, but are asking for an extension until Tuesday, if necessary. It is their goal and the board’s to provide and maintain a clean, safe and sparkling pool for our community. A message will go out and be posted on the website as soon as we have the green light!

Special thanks from the TSOA Board of Directors to David Anastasi for mowing multiple times, fixing sinks and toilets, repairing the fence and getting the cameras working! Also thanks to Pat Beam for helping to get the water flowing to the pool and restrooms, and to Kathy Beam for helping by giving the restrooms a thorough cleaning, washing tables and chairs, putting out umbrellas and hanging signs.

We are looking forward to continuing improvements on the pool and park. We appreciate all contributions either by volunteering or financial donations. In just two days we have made marked improvements and reached almost $600 in donations, which are so appreciated. As a community we will continue to come together and beautify, improve, take pride in and celebrate Tanglewood Shores!
