Tanglewood Shores Subdivision Restrictions, By-Laws and Rules, Regulations, and Policies affecting Tanglewood Shores subdivision are on file with the State of Texas and County of Comal.
Prior to making improvements to the owner’s property, the owner must submit an ACC form to the TSOA for approval and receive approval prior to beginning.
Annual Dues are required to be paid and are billed annually. Statements usually go out in March each year. The Annual Dues are $24.00.
Pool, Park, Playground and Pavilion: Located at 1596 Clear Creek Dr. on the corner of Greenbriar Dr. and Clear Creek Dr.
Pool Membership is optional and is $100 per year plus annual dues. A pool membership card and key will be issued for the swim season for those that join. Up to five guests may accompany the member to the pool.
The Annual Member Meeting is held on the 3rd Saturday of July at the Park Pavilion at 7PM. (Please make plans to attend.)
