The TSOA Board wants everyone to know that by law, they have to mail all statements to the address listed for the property owner at the Comal Appraisal District (CAD).

So, if you own property in Tanglewood Shores, please make sure that the CAD has your correct mailing address and change it, if necessary. This would normally come up for owners who do not reside at the property.
