You should have received your annual statement from the Tanglewood Shores Owner’s Association by now. They are mailed to the owner of record for each lot.

The annual dues are $24.

This is the 50th anniversary of the TSOA. The board is looking for ideas on how to celebrate.

There are many new homes in our neighborhood and the board encourages everyone to keep their properties neat and orderly, and watch out for wildlife that is displaced by new builds. The board encourages everyone to spruce up their mailboxes, if they have fallen into disrepair.

There is a Facebook page called “Tanglewood Shores in Canyon Lake TX.” The board want you to know that it is not associated with the owner’s association, and no official information will be distributed by the board through that source.

The pool will be open from Monday, May 27 through Monday, September 2. The annual pool fee is increased to $100. We all know what inflation is doing to our budgets. The pool is not exempt from this reality. It comes out to $33.33 a month during the pool season.

If you want a pool key, pay in person at the pavilion next to the pool on Sunday, May 26, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM . . . or Monday, May 27, 12 PM to 2 PM. Pool keys will not be sent by mail. Cash, check, or money orders may be used as payment. Bring the bottom portion of your statement. If those times don’t work for you, contact the board. Their email is board@tanglewoodshorestx.org.
