(Robert Garza, member at large, passed away earlier in the year. A replacement has not yet been appointed.)

(Because there was not a quorum of directors, no official board business could be decided upon. However, the annual meeting of the membership requires only a majority of those present to make decisions.)

The meeting was called to order at 7:07 PM.

Treasurers report:

Balance as of July 30 – $9168.78. Balance as of August 16 – $9650.

From 2024 to 2025, revenues were $3266.13.

There are 89 paid members out of 235 total.

Suggestions:

Encourage adoption of dark sky lighting techniques in the neighborhood.

Dave A. said that in case of future water restrictions, he knows of a cheaper source for trucked-in water.

Susan will have the webmaster put pool info on the website.

Make the pool a salt water pool.

13 members voted to reopen the pool if feasible.
